Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer or importer; we act only as an intermediary.
• Laptop warranty varies from 1 to 3 years (depending on the model), but battery and adapter warranty is only 1 year.
• If a defect is found in a warranty-covered product, it will be repaired or replaced as per the brand’s policies.
• To claim warranty service, the product box and purchase invoice must be submitted.
• If an equivalent model is unavailable for replacement, a value-adjusted upgrade may be offered.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage due to water, fire, impact, or careless handling.
• If the serial number or sticker is removed or damaged.
• Fungus or rust on the motherboard, RAM, or graphics card.
• Forgotten BIOS passwords or deletion of Apple Mac OS.
• Printer cartridges, toner, print heads, rollers, maintenance boxes, etc.
• Using non-official ink/toner in a printer will void the warranty.
• For combo (bundled) keyboard and mouse sets, the full set must be presented for warranty claims.

Service & Other Terms

• Service completion time may take 5 to 40 days or more, depending on spare part availability.
• We are not responsible for any data loss or software corruption.
• Additional charges apply for out-of-warranty service.
• If a warranty product remains uncollected for over 2 months, the company will no longer be responsible for it.
