1. Only products mentioned in the Cityfair bill/invoice will be covered under warranty.

2. Warranty is primarily provided by the manufacturer; Cityfair only assists. Each brand’s
specific terms apply.

3. Lifetime warranty means valid until production stops. After discontinuation, warranty remains
for 1 year from purchase date.

4. International warranty applies only if mentioned in the bill and where the manufacturer has a
service center.

5. In case of issues, repair or replacement will be provided. If replacement is unavailable, a
refund may be issued.

6. Repair duration is not fixed; it may take 45 days or more in some cases.

7. Warranty time does not extend after repair or replacement.

8. Before submitting products for repair/warranty, customers must log out from all accounts
(email, bank, Facebook, etc.).
9. Warranty is void if damaged by water, impact, fire, or if unauthorized repairs are attempted.

10. Software issues, data loss, BIOS lock, or account locks are not covered by warranty.

11. Free gifts (mouse, headphones, cables, etc.) and accessories are not covered under
warranty.

12. Printer ink/cartridges/toners and other consumables are not covered; ink used for testing is
non-refundable.

13. Fungus or rust found on motherboards, hard disks, RAM, etc., voids warranty.

14. Monitor with 1–3 dead dots will not qualify for warranty; 4 or more will.

15. Broken processor pins or graphics cards used for mining are not covered.

16. Warranty will be void if the serial number is removed or the sticker is damaged.

17. For combo products (keyboard-mouse, router sets), the full set must be submitted.

18. Speakers, remotes, power adapters, cables, etc., are not covered under warranty.

19. Transportation costs for printers/photocopiers must be borne by the customer. Service
warranty varies by brand.

20. For certain brands (Modems), customers must directly claim warranty through their
respective service centers.

21. Cityfair is not responsible for issues arising from free cleaning services.

22. Installing dual-boot or changing OS on Apple MacBooks will void the warranty.

23. Other services or replacements may require additional charges.
